Users without ITIL/Admin roles are not able to see the Rejection pop-up in OOB To Dos WidgetIssue Users without an "itil" role are not able to get a Rejection dialog window when they reject an approval under their My to-do's on the Employee Service Center (esc) portal.ReleaseAnyCauseCurrently only these roles are able to enter the Reject reason via the popup in OOB:1. itil2. sn_request_write3. business_stakeholder (works in San Diego and later due to addition of sn_request_comments_write approver_user can only read the RITM and can write on sysapproval_approver, thats how its designed. You will need one of the three roles mentioned above, for user to update comments on RITM. From SD onwards, if users have 'sn_request_comments_write' they will be able to update comments. The reason for this:The Reject Reason needs to be updated to the additional comment of the Approval for target record.Thus, only users who has the write access of the Additional comment of the Approval for target record can see the popup window. As an ITIL/Admin user can view and write all Requested Items, itil/admin user definitely can see the popup window and update comments to the Approval for target record.ResolutionPlease grant the affected user a role which allows them to write to the Additional comment of the Approval
