Steps to Reproduce

Activate the Plugins "ITSM Mobile Agent" and "SG Offline support".

1. Set OOB My Team Applet Launcher Offline Available. 2. Set OOB List Applet Unassigned Incident Offline Avaiable. 3. Log in Agent Mobile App. 4. Go to Settings -> Offline. 5. Click on "Download Cache".

Expected behavior Cache should be downloaded and App can go offline. Actual behavior App crashes.
