Create a Phone field on the incident table.2. Add the created field to the OOB My Team -> Unassigned Incident Form Screen.3. Create a Smart Phone Function to call the Phone.4. Add the above Function to the Field Function on the Phone filed on Unassigned Incident Form Screen.5. Create some incidents and assign them to the Group to which the login user belongs.6. Update the Phone field to different values for those incident records created.7. Open any records from the Unassigned Incident List Screen and Click on the Smart Phone Function.Expected behavior:It should call the phone number of the selected incident record.Actual behavior:It always calls the last non-empty phone number in the List Screen.It will call the correct phone number after the Form Screen is refreshed.WorkaroundThis issue is under review.
