Review the domain resource orders that are associated with a service order in Order Management for Telecommunications, Media, and Technology

Review the domain resource orders that were generated for a selected service order line item so that you can ensure that all the related details are correct and complete.

Role required: sn_ind_tmt_orm.service_order_manager

The domain resource orders manage the resources required for fulfillment of the services that you are rendering.

To view the resource orders that are associated with an order line item, select the order line item. To learn more, see Review the line items and related details for a service order . Select an associated resource order to review or create a resource order. Task Action Review an existing resource order To access the Resource Orders form, click the Resource Orders (n) tab (where (n) is the number of resource orders that are associated with the selected resource order) In the Number field, select an existing resource order to review.

To refresh the form, click the refresh icon ( ). To filter existing resource orders, click the filter icon ( ).

Create a resource order Click New . On the form, add a resource order, or review the selected resource order detail and update as needed. For information about the field descriptions, see the Domain resource orders fields section in Service order-related domain order forms in Order Management for Telecommunications and Media .

When you finish reviewing and updating the resource order, perform one of the following actions. Action Description Save the updated resource order Click Save . Delete the resource order Click the options icon ( ) next to the Save button, and then click Delete .
