Azure Cloud Insights error - Please switch to one of the Cloud Insights, Cloud Integrations, or Cloud Spend Reports applications.Issue Already have a EA credentials but it is not allowing us to select existing Azure service account. On creating a new service account, still not able to add that into the job creation We see below info message on top:Please switch to one of the Cloud Insights, Cloud Integrations, or Cloud Spend Reports applications.ReleaseAllCause1. Application scope is set to global.2. Service Account does not have 'Is Billing account' enabled.Resolution1. While creating a new service account, we were not able to add that into the job creation and saw below info message on top:Please switch to one of the Cloud Insights, Cloud Integrations, or Cloud Spend Reports applications. 2. For the initial error, you need to switch the application scope to either of the below:Cloud InsightsCloud IntegrationsCloud Spend Reports applications.3. This is because the Billing Download jobs cannot be in the Global scope. 4. The Service accounts are not available in the search list is because, 'Is Billing account' is not enabled for any of the accounts. 5. After setting the 'Is Billing account' to true for 'Administration' account and can see it in the Billing download job. 6.
