Asset Health tab Model Management tab Procurement tab Inventory tab End of life tab Normalize hardware asset Asset Management Hardware Model Normalization enables users to normalize the details, such as manufacturer, product, model, and device type, of your hardware and consumable models. Data from the models is compared against the data in the Hardware Model Normalization Content Service. Refresh aged hardware assets Hardware Refresh request flow tracks the aged hardware assets that are nearing the end of their life cycle and help you replace them with new hardware assets. Manage your expiring contracts for leased assets Lease contract expiration flow sends you notification before a lease contract is expired and helps you act on the leased assets to return the asset or extend the contract. Create or manage disposal orders for assets Create or manage disposal orders for hardware or consumable assets that have reached their end of life cycle or are no longer functional. Note: Users only with the asset role can access the reports of the disposal orders. Submit or close an RMA request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is an agreement between a buyer and seller that lets the buyer return or replace a faulty product. Submit an RMA request to initiate an RMA process with your vendor to repair or replace a faulty asset. Close an RMA request with off-site repair or replacement, or with an on-site repair.
