@mention does not work in workspace for worknotes and additional comments clearing the field content Description @mention erases the worknotes and comments field in all workspaces, both configuarable workspaces or agent workspace. The issue does not occur on platform form record view.

Steps to Reproduce

Scenario 1

Open any workspace, like for example csm/fsm configurable workspace. Open a problem record. Under compose, start typing @john. All text will erase. Scenario 2

Open a list in workspace. Create a new interaction. Under worknotes, start typing "hi my name is @john". When @ is typed the entire field erases. Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
