Change request auto-complete not working for field with Reference qualifier referring to field filled by Standard Change Template. Description When the service value is set from the template, the most recent options are not displayed in the standard change template. If the service value is set from the template, the reference qualifier is not honored.

Steps to Reproduce

Scenario 1:

Follow the below steps:

Go to standard change catalog ->Hardware Asset ->Replace printer toner 2. Add the service by typing 'T'. 3. It will show the 'This Service-now instance'. 4. Go Service offering field ➔ Type 'T'. 5. It will show the recent selection.

Result: This is the expected behavior.

Scenario 2 :

Go to standard change catalog Network Standard Changes Add network switch to datacenter cabinet 2. The Service is set by the template. It will show the 'This Service-now instance'. 3. Go Service offering field ➔ Type 'T'. 4. It is not showing any recent selection values. Workaround This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases
