ACC-V -(Windows) Does not Dedupe records for cmdb_ci_file_system - causing IRE errors Description Agent Based Discovery for some Windows machines fail due to duplicate names for file system in the payload

Steps to Reproduce

Run an agent collection on a Windows Server that has multiple file systems with same name.

Workaround Attaching an update set which provides fix on the script include "EndpointDiscoveryStorageDeviceHelper", where we added a check on it so that it doesn't send the duplicate name to IRE.

Note: Note that this is a temporary fix. Original fix to this issue is resolved on file_systems.rb file.
