Opening a record preview from Visual Task board shows a blank space on top of the Popup in Polaris. Description Opening a record preview from Visual Task board shows a black rectangle on top of the Popup.

This issue is only seen when Polaris is active and not in UI16.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to any Tokyo instance and create a data driven VTB on Incident table, use "State" as the lane field, use "active = true" as the filter condition.

2. Create a response template of Channel "Form" and configure it on the incident table.

3. Open the newly created VTB and click on one of the Incident numbers

Expected Behavior: The popup loads cleanly without any blank space.

Actual Behavior: A popup will open with a blank space on top, the blank space may be white or black depending on the theme, and covers almost 1/3rd of the popup.
