Zero dollars expense lines are createdIssue In the related lists section under Expense Lines, there are Expense Lines created with $0.00 AmountResolutionThis is expected behavior. When a Time Card is approved/processed and the Time Card's week spans two different months, then two Expense Lines will be created. For example, when looking at PRJ***** with affected records and you open a Time Card where the date is close to the end of the month, the Time Card may run into the next month. Example Scenario: If the Time Card starts on 09-25-2022 which is a Sunday and there are a total of 3 hours for the week we have the following other dates in the week: 09-25-2022 09-26-2022 09-27-2022 09-28-2022 09-29-2022 09-30-2022 10-01-2022 Notice that the last day enters into a different month. This means we create two expense lines.When we add up the hours, there are 3 in September and the last day has 0 so when that second Expense Line is created for October, it is given an amount of 0. We do this on a monthly basis like this so we can roll the amounts up to Cost Plans as Actual Costs when applicable.
