Users who have at least one role in addition to snc_internal role and are not part of the Cannot Contribute user criteria can read and contribute to all articles in this knowledge base."The "Alert unsecure knowledge base" Business Rule is responsible for this. This Business Rule triggers a warning as a result of the configuration; the message appears because there are no members in the 'Can Read' or 'Can Contribute' Related Lists.ResolutionTo configure the Knowledge Base so that only users with the 'itil' role can Contribute, follow the below steps: Navigate to the 'IT Service Portal' Knowledge Base. 2. Click the 'Can Contribute' tab. 3. Click 'Edit'. 4. Add 'Users with 'itil' role' and click 'Save'.
