Automation Anywhere Spoke Errors - Cannot Connect or Perform Actions via Mid ServerIssue After installing the Automation Anywhere Spoke plugin and updating the Automation Anywhere Credential under All > Automation Anywhere > Authentications with my username, password, and connection URL, the following errors are shown. Therefore, the instance is unable to fetch the authentication token or perform any spoke actions.1. Error fetching token, verify credentials2. Request not sent to uri= : java.lang.NullPointerException3. Request not sent to uri= /v1/usermanagement/users/list : java.net.UnknownHostException:ReleaseAllCauseAutomation Anywhere Spoke does not work with MidServer. Please see below "RequestAuthAutomationAnywhere" OOTB script include which handles tokens. It is not considering midServers. https://INSTANCE_NAME.service-now.com/sys_script_include.do?sys_id=05635b2a1b219810762e33b01a4bcb51 Private domains and local IP addresses such as the next will not work for the regarding plugin: ResolutionFor this spoke to work we need the instance be able to communicate with the connection url. Customer has to work with their Network Engineers to make sure the connection url is resolvable without mid servers. Below is an example test result they conducted from our DNS servers.
