Steps to Reproduce

> Open CSDM > Manage Technical Services > Application Services > Open any existing service. It's opened in Default view, but not CSDM view

Workaround Open sys_app_module table > Application Service > Link Type tab > change Link Type to URL (From Arguments:), then set Arguments to:

csdm_app_services_list.do?sysparm_query=service_classification%3DApplication%20Service&sysparm_view=csdm_view

Try again, if it doesn't work, close browser / log off browser session then log back in.
