Cause The system property - sn_dt_va_async.glide.dynamic.translation.enable.sync is set to False.

Also the system property - com.glide.cs.dynamic.translation.enable.virtual_agent has been set to False.

Resolution The system property - sn_dt_va_async.glide.dynamic.translation.enable.sync This property is configured to enable Dynamic Translation API calls in synchronous for Virtual Agent. The value of the system property should be True. Please set this system property to True

Also the system property - com.glide.cs.dynamic.translation.enable.virtual_agent to enable dynamic translation in Agent Chat Please set this system property to True
