Set the system property "sn_va_teams.exclude_msteamsbot_cleanup_afterclone= true" on destination instance. (the instance going to be cloned)(set to true on production as well it has 0 impact on production but when you clone prod to your lower environment it will overwrite this system property so if its true on the prod it will be true on the cloned environments) 2.
