Attaching flow to catalog item causes delays in item opening and updating.Issue When attaching flow to a catalog item and then when trying to open the catalog item it takes quite a while to open and then when I want to update or create new variables, UI policies or catalog client scripts it also takes a long period to update.CauseThe issue is happening, due to the related list 'Requested Item > Item' being present on the form's layout. In OOB (out of box) it's not there. In this related list, there is a workflow column named 'stage' that is present which is been causing the slowness.ResolutionIf I personalize the layout to remove this column, then the form is loading as expected.
