Option 2: Remove orphaned records If the issue persists after completing Option 1, the application may contain orphaned records. Warning: The following steps involve modifying and importing XML. Back up or clone your instance before proceeding. Running scripts on system tables can have significant impact on your instance. Use a background script to query the Metadata [sys_metadata] table and identify orphaned records.Export the orphaned records as XML.Modify the XML to remove the orphaned records.Import the modified XML back into the instance.Re-link the application to Source Control and publish the application again.
