Replacement of Special characters with ? when exporting to CSV using export setsIssue When exporting the ticket details from ServiceNow using export sets into CSV format, the special characters like >=, <= and any French characters which are in Servicenow are replaced with ? (Question mark) when exported to CSV.CauseThe property setting for the export is missing or it has the wrong value.ResolutionServiceNow exports all CSV files in Windows-1252 encoding by default.
