In MS teams, translations are not happening for certain bot responses and labels Description The translation records are available in sys_ui_message table, but still "Here are available topics I can help with" message and submit is not getting translated to respective language in MS teams

Steps to Reproduce

1. Type 'hi' in MS Teams 2. change to any language 3. It will display "Here are available topics I can help with" you can observe it is not getting translated, and submit button also not translated.

Expected behaviour: "Here are available topics I can help with" message and submit should be translated to respective language in MS teams

Actual behaviour: "Here are available topics I can help with" message and submit is not getting translated to respective language in MS teams
