Use voice specific conversation closing message for channels in "Live Agent Only" mode.When a channel is in "Live Agent Only" mode, Setup topic for closing conversation among other things will not be used. However the default closing conversation message in this case might not be suitable for voice channels. To mitigate this issue, a system property can be configured to have a list of channels that need voice specific system messages. Steps to add channel name to the list of voice based channels: From Filter navigator, go to "System Properties" -> "All Properties".Open property named "com.glide.cs.support.voice_channel_system_messages".Add the channel name to the comma separated list in the Value field. The closing conversation message that is displayed for these list of channels can also be customized. Steps to customize the closing conversation message for voice channels.: From Filter navigator, go to "System Properties" -> "All Properties".While in Global scope, create a new property(if it doesn't exist already) named "com.glide.cs.voice_conversation_ended_msg".Enter the desired message in the Value field.
