The attribute "tree picker = true" is not being respected on reference fields in CSM workspace - Known Error

The attribute "tree picker = true" is not being respected on reference fields in CSM workspace Description If wanted to add a tree picker attribute (tree_picker=true) to a reference field for any table, this tree_picker will not work on agent workspace.

Steps to Reproduce

1- Load CSM workspace. 2- Open any record which contains reference field with tree_picker attribute set to true. 3- Click on Magnifier glass icon of the reference field. Normal list is being displayed. Pree-Tokyo "Tree picker" is not supported in agent workspace.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
