Steps to Reproduce

Version: Madrid and NewYork

Prerequisite: Set the below property value to true: Property: glide.ui.report.old_report_builder Value: true

Steps to reproduce: 1) Login to OOB NewYork instance. 2) Create a report on the 'incident' table. 3) Add a filter like "Updated By" "is the same as" Choice. (You will not be able to see the 'Show Related Fields'). 4) Switch to Classic UI by clicking "Switch to Classic UI" at the right corner of the banner. 5) Add a filter condition like "Updated By" "is the same as" Choice. (You will be able to see 'Show Related Fields').

Expected: The Show Related Fields should be available for both New and Old Reporting UI Actual: The Show Related Fields are only available in "Classic UI".

Workaround To use the related field in the report condition, please use Classic UI to do so.
