No search rresults in knowledge base for keyword "Knowledge"Issue Within the knowledge portal, on searching the "Knowledge" keyword, the query results may not show relevant KB articles, even though the "knowledge" keyword is known to be present in articles.ReleaseAll releasesCauseThe searched keyword may be included in a stop word list. The issue is mostly due to the "knowledge" stop word present in the [ts_index_stop] table.ResolutionModify the respective record in "ts_index_stop" with the affected keyword, by changing the entry to "Not a stop word". After implementing the above change and allowing the re-indexing schedule job to run, on searching with the "knowledge" keyword will shows the expected results on portal, and also in the [kb_knowledge] table "For text" and "keyword" search.
