Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

1. In the Employee Center(esc) portal navigate to "My tasks"

2. Navigate to an HR-Task with HR Task Type of "E-Signature" (e.g. Sign Facilities/Security Agreement)

3. Notice task does not load and cannot complete or close the task to proceed

Workaround 1. Navigate to the service portal widget(sp_widget) HRJ Task E-Sign (id = hrj-task-e-sign)

2. Locate the line below in the body HTML Template:
