cmdb_rel_group and cmdb_rel_person relationships not displayed on relationship formatter, unless there's a cmdb_rel_ciDescriptionIn CI Relation Formatter, if a child has cmdb_rel_ci to downstream CIs, then the child's downstream cmdb_rel_group and cmdb_rel_person are showing on the formatter. If the child doesn't have cmdb_rel_ci to downstream CIs, then the child's downstream cmdb_rel_group and cmdb_rel_person are not showing on the formatter. However it works on Legacy CI relation formatter. Steps to Reproduce 1. Create any CI1 and create CI2 and CI3 of any class2. For CI1, create a CI relationship (cmdb_rel_ci that is not filtered out) to CI2 and CI33. Create a cmdb_rel_person relationship on CI2 and CI3. Create downstream cmdb_rel_ci from CI2 to CI4.4. In the relationship formatter on CI1, you will see the person relationship for CI2 but not CI3. This is because CI2 has a downstream cmdb_rel_ci to CI4 See below, on CI demo001, cmdb_rel_person Log reviewed by is showing for server02 but not server03. This is because server02 has downstream cmdb_rel_ci "contains::contained by" to other CIs. WorkaroundThere is no known workaround for this issue.
