ITSM Mobile Agent - Requested Item Approval Detail Screen shows blankDescriptionWhen ITSM Mobile Agent store app is installed, the details screen for approval record associated to a Requested item shows blank on the Agent app. This used to work as expected till San Diego, but due to a regression issue it is not working from Tokyo onwards. This issue will be fixed in the next ITSM Mobile Agent store release i.e. 5.0.3 or above .Steps to Reproduce 1. Log in the instance as OOB admin.2. Request the Catalog Item "Developer Laptop (Mac)".3. Approve the Request.4. Give admin role to assigned approver".5. Log in Agent Mobile App as assigned approver for requested item.6. Go to "My Work -> Approvals".7. There is a pending Approval for the Requested Item.8. Click on the Approval record Expected behaviour - The Requested Item information should show on the Detail ScreenActual behaviour - The Detail Screen is blankWorkaroundThis issue can be fixed by customers applying below workaround: 1. open the record with sys id - 59f7610e53c73300f18dddeeff7b1274 in the table sys_sg_details_screen 2. change the table name from "sc_req_item" to "sysapproval_approver" 3.
