Unable to open KB articles in ESC portal - Support and Troubleshooting

Unable to open KB articles in ESC portal Issue When the user search for any keyword and it will display results in All, Catalog, Knowledge then navigate to Knowledge tab and move the cursor on KB articles and it will not allow user to open the KB articles.

Cause The link existing for navigation was missing under EVAM view config

Resolution Navigate to " Entity View " Action mapper Open View configurations module Open the record configured with respect to the portal to show the results Under the related list open " EVAM view" config Action Assignment and add the navigation link
