Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the Japanese plugin 2. Switch the language to Japanese 3. Go to Agent workspace (any workspace) and open any list 4. wait for a minute

Expected behavior: Last refreshed 1 m ago. is translated as 前回の更新 1 分前.

Actual behavior: Last refreshed 1 m ago. is translated as 前回の更新 1 分 年前.

This issue is also reproducible on the portal my_request page.

Workaround Modify the sys_ui_message of the record below to fix the issue
