This article gives directions how can we clean the cache on on any agent, to force the cache to be rebuilt and re-synch the ACC Plugin files.InstructionsStop the Agent Client Collector serviceOpen the cache folder. Windows: C:\ProgramData\ServiceNow\agent-client-collector\cacheLinux: /var/cache/servicenow/agent-client-collectorMac: /Library/Caches/servicenow/agent-client-collector Keep agent_now_id, but remove assets.db, queue.db and all sub-directoriesStart the Agent Client Collector service Note: agent_now_id is the file that remembers the assigned Agent ID value. Deleting that would cause a duplicate CI record for the Agent in the instance, with a new Agent ID. It would still link to the correct computer CI though.
