Unable to update the "Planned effort" Field from the New Project Workspace Description Unable to update the "Planned effort" Field from the New Project Workspace since it clears out shortly after setting the value.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to "pm_project_task.LIST" Set your View to "Project Workspace" Personalize the list to include "Planned effort" Open any Project and go to the New Project Workspace Planning Console Add any value to the "Planned effort" Field and see it does not update You can also try adding two Project Tasks, one Parent, one Child. Give the child some Planned Effort on the Form View Open the New Project Workspace and set the Parent Planned Effort and see it gets cleared when it should not be Workaround This problem is currently under review.
