Special Handling Notes pop-up is not displayed for records in mobile agentIssue Special handling notes configured for task records, for example an incident record, do not get displayed when the same record is viewed in agent mobile app rather than in the standard platform.CauseSpecial Handling Notes are not supported to view as pop-ups for records in the agent mobile app.This is the expected behaviour with the platform and was not designed to be supported in mobile.ResolutionSan Diego has introduced a feature called Mobile Alert, which can be used to achieve a similar functionality on Mobile.NOTE: this will be an independent configuration from the special handling notes, Mobile will noot automatically create a Mobile Alert for each special handling note on the platform.
