They cannot see the 'Subscribe' button under the Knowledge Base name.ResolutionThis issue has to do with the 'glide.knowman.enable_km_subscription.roles' System Property --> https://xxx.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_properties.do?sys_id=a342576067e03200d358bb2d07415aeb The 'Value' field was set to roles "knowledge; snc_external; snc_internal;" (semi-colon separated), when these values need to be comma-separated. Changing these values to comma-separated resolved the issue and users with these roles could now subscribe to the Knowledge Bases.
