'Discuss' button does not appear in Tokyo Sidebar for same records when opening in new tabDescriptionIf you have Sidebar enabled and you attempt to open a task record (incident, case, problem, etc.) in a separate tab or window by right-clicking on the record number and selecting "Open in new tab/window", you will find that the Discuss button is no longer displayed in the new record's tab or window. This therefore prevents the user from creating or participating in a Sidebar discussion on that record from that tab/window.Steps to Reproduce 1. Verify the omni-experience standard feature set plugin is installed2. Open any existing incident record form and notice the Discuss button3. Open incident.list4. Right click and open the same incident in a new tab and notice the Discuss button does not appear WorkaroundThis is expected behaviour as the Polaris experience is restricted to the browser window you are currently on. If you attempt to open a record or a table in a separate window, you will be taken out of the Polaris experience and into UI16. Since Sidebar works only on Polaris as it needs the Polaris App shell to function, the Discuss button does not show on the newly created browser tab/window. The workaround is to first duplicate the current Polaris window which has Next Experience enabled, before opening a different incident record in the newly created tab or window.Related Problem: PRB1603904
