Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to any Rome/Quebec Version 2. Impersonate system admin user 3. Navigate to agent worksapce 4. Hover on the User Menu in the top right corner 5. Tool tip shows as "System Administrator " 6. Click on teh user menu, settings popup opens 7. Click outside the user menu setting popup to close it 8. Hover on the User Menu in the top right corner again

Expected behavior Only the "System Administrator " tooltip should be visible

Actual behavior User Menu tooltip overlaps User Name tooltip [See attached screenshot] Note : make sure you try multiple times as the issue is related to placement of cursor on the user menu option.
