These task records prevent campaigns from creating more tasks for the same audience and content.ResolutionInvestigate how the task records ended up in that incomplete state, ruling out the Campaign creation workflow.When there are no outstanding content tasks, delete all records from the Content Tasks [sn_cd_task] table and retry the campaign creation.
