Steps to Reproduce 1. HOP into any San Diego Patch 4b instance 2. Impersonate user 'system administrator'.3. Navigate to Visual Task boards4. Now change the language to 'Traditional Chinese'5. Load the VTB that was opened in step 3.6. Notice the error 'The reference to entity "amp" must end with the ';' delimiter.''Expected behavior: VTBs should load with complete data.Actual behavior: VTBs do not show up & the error pops in.WorkaroundThis problem is currently under review.
