Certificate Pop-up Is Presented to User in Browser Before Single Sign-on (SSO) LoginIssue Users are attempting to access the instance through a new Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration using Microsoft Active Directory.The first time a user logs in, a certificate pop-up appears in the browser before SSO login. This also occurs the first time a user logs in to Now Mobile. The presented certificate did not belong to ServiceNow. CauseThe certificate pop-up was most likely caused by the active VPN network.ResolutionWhen attempting to access an instance for the first time, ServiceNow does not require the acceptance of certificate(s). The problem is network-specific, please check the VPN settings.
