Updates to a Catalog Item get stuck in Reviewed state Issue Updates made to a catalog item in catalog builder may get stuck in State=Reviewed after submission, with the Cancel Checkout button not appearing.

Cause This is mostly due to missing components in the glideapp.servicecatalog.catalog_builder plugins.

Resolution 1 - Change the checked_out value to false: - export xml > edit the checked_out value > re-import the xml
