Testing in Production is often the only way. Multiple Agents cannot be installed on the same host.A single Agent install cannot communicate with multiple instances at the same time. This applies to both connections via MID Server, or direct to the ITOM Gateway of the instance. It is possible to edit the acc.yml configuration file with a URL for a MID Server of a different instance, and update the API key to match.
