Introducing the Trust Center on Now SupportWhat's happening? ServiceNow is introducing the Trust Center on Now Support. The Trust Center provides a single source of truth for customers and partners to easily and quickly perform due diligence, vendor risk assessment, and auditing. When Customer administrators log in to Now Support, they will notice a new tab on the top navigation labeled "Trust Center." When is it happening? September 23, 2022. What do you have to do? Customers who are CORE Community users and who have a Now Support account will be automatically migrated by September 23, 2022For CORE Community users who don't have a Now Support account, their company's Primary Customer Admin (ServiceNow admin) will need to create one for them. Learn more about NOW Support account setup and instructions and what to do if you don't know who your customer admin is. Customer and partner administrators will be able to grant end users CORE access through the Trust Center on NOW Support (Learn more). What is CORE and why did we create the Trust Center? CORE is ServiceNow's repository of corporate policies and procedures.
