For example, to see incidents on the Run tab, you need to have recent incidents (real or sample) defined in the incident table, and those incidents must be associated to the offering. Confirm you have related indicators. For example, the incidents number shown in the provided Performance snapshot KPI group takes input from the indicator called Number of new incidents. For more information, see Performance Analytics indicators. Confirm that you have breakdowns with functional breakdown sources on that related indicator [pa_breakdowns, pa_dimensions]. For example, on the Number of New Incidents indicator form view, see the Breakdowns tab to view the breakdowns for each taxonomy node, priority, category, and services. If you aren't using the provided indicators, then you will likely have to define the breakdowns and the breakdown sources that define the conditions. For more information, see Performance Analytics breakdowns. Confirm that you are collecting indicator scores for the related indicators [pa_scoresheet]. Navigate to All > Performance Analytics > Scoresheet. Select the indicator, and then select a current date range. Scroll to the breakdown (e.g., a service). Confirm that there are numbers being generated in the cells for a given service on a selected day. If these are empty, then you need to make sure the Performance Analytics (PA) jobs have run (they usually run nightly). For more information, see Collecting indicator scores. Confirm that the indicator is in a KPI group [sn_team_perf_kpi_group]. For example, navigate to All > Digital Portfolio Management > KPI Groups. Open the Performance snapshot KPI Group to see the Number of new incidents KPI. That is the indicator that you confirmed was set up and calculating in the examples in this section. For more information, see Create KPI groups and mappings. Confirm that the KPI group is mapped to your portfolio, node, service or offering, and set it to the correct 'type' [sn_dpm_kpi_group_m2m_spm_nodes]. Navigate to All > Digital Portfolio Management > KPI Group Mapping. You usually create this mapping, as the only mappings that come with the base system are demo data (which you may or may not use). For example, the Performance Snapshot KPI group has a Service Portfolio mapping to the demo data portfolio called Enterprise Technology. Child objects inherit KPI groups so if you map to a portfolio, all nodes, services, and offerings inherit that KPI group. The data will show up as long as the breakdowns are created and working correctly. For more information, see Configure KPI groups. View indicator data if you have: data, indicators, breakdowns, generated scores, and a KPI group that contains that indicator. Also, the KPI group must be mapped to the portfolio, node, service, or offering.
