Service Catalog Categories still show on the Platform view even after Category is turned INACTIVEIssue When a Service Catalog Category has no Items or it is set to INACTIVE, it will automatically be removed from the Service Portal View. This behavior is not that same for the Platform View. If you manually add a Category you will also have to manually remove the Category. Turning it Inactive will just remove the option for you to select it when are trying to add it. According to the Product Team: In the Platform, the User is explicitly pinning the category in the view. We cannot check if the tile (category card) belongs to an active category. In the Portal, the view lists all the active categories in the selected catalog, thus filtering out the inactive ones without effort. We cannot treat this as an enhancement as this is working as per design. Since this is an admin configuration, while inactivating the category, the tile pinned needs to be removed manually.
