RITMs form is broken and does not fully load - Support and Troubleshooting

RITMs form is broken and does not fully load Issue RITMs and SCTASKs forms are broken and do not fully load. When you scroll to the bottom of the page, it cuts off the Variable Editor and you cannot see the Related Lists.

Resolution Workaround for this issue:

Go to sc_item_option_mtom table Add a new column to the list view. Right-click the columns, go to Configure > List Layout Create a dot walked field > dependent item.question and save From the list view with the new column added, add the affected RITM under the Parent Item Column, filter out under the newly created Question Column to show the Attachment Variables from the RITM After you have filtered out to only have the Attachment Variables on this list, open the records under the Dependent Item column, remove the sys_ids from the Value box, and save the record Go back to the RITM that was broken and refresh; it should fully load the form correctly
