WorkspaceMenuProvider should use scope of the experience, not m2m record Description Clicking a workspace URL in the unified navigation menu results in a 404 error

Steps to Reproduce

Set glide.appcreator.company.code to a random value, such as 'abc'. Create an application and ensure the scope name looks like 'x_abc_def'. Create a workspace in that application The workspace preview URL should be '/x/abc/def'. Switch the scope to global. Add the workspace to the workspaces menu. Navigate to the workspace from the workspaces menu. Expected behavior: The user successfully navigates to the workspace.

Actual behavior: The user gets a 404 error.
