The layout of the variable editor for a variable set is not working after upgrading to San Diego when there is a mandatory variable Description The layout of the variable editor for a variable set is not working as expected (as in Rome) when there is a mandatory variable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Service Catalog > Record Producer

2. Open "Create incident"

3. Add a Single-Row Variable Set Title: a Layout: 2 Columns Wide alternating sides

4. Add two variables in the variable set above ① Name: bbb Type: Single Line Text Mandatory: true

② Name: ccc Type: Single Line Text

5. Click Try it on the record opened in step 2 6. Fill out the details and click Submit 7. Go to incident.list and open the incident created in step 6 8. Click Configure > Form Layout and select "Workspace UIB" view 9. Add Incident Variable Editor on the form layout and Save 10. Go to Workspace Experience > Workspace > CSM Configurable Workspace Home and open the incident created in step 6

The layout of the variable set editor is not working as expected.
