Service catalog access to end users with snc_external role on Now mobile apps Summary End user with snc_external role will not be able to access the Service Catalogs from the NOW mobile apps. By design, snc_external users are not given the access to view the Service Catalog in the mobile app.

This is expected behavior as per the current platform design. The snc_external uses do not have access to the mobile REST APIs that govern the data on the associated applets and hence no access to the Service Catalog.
