Go to Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration.2. Open a record having Table = sn_customerservice_cacse.3. Go to Tab Configuration and click NewType: CustomTab Name: DetailsWidget: FormClick Save.4. Go to csm portal:/csm?id=csm_my_lists&table=sn_customerservice_case&view=csp&target_page_id=csm_ticket&filter=null&sel=all5. Click All cases and open any record.6. Click Details tab which is created in step 3.7. Modify short description field and click Save.8. Scroll down to the bottom. The label "Related Lists" is shown up, while it should not.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
