Here, single <span class="ph">Microsoft Teams</span> tenant is connected to multiple <span class="ph">ServiceNow</span> instances.</p> <p class="p">Pre-published app apps (previously referred to as multi-tenant) are available to users in both their home tenant and other tenants.
