Added context from ServiceNow docs: Notes created in the sn_shn_notes table are visible in the native UI but the popup appears empty when viewing the same case in Agent Workspace. This is a known issue where special handling notes do not appear in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management even when the notes are correctly configured.
